Rules and Regulations

1. Bills must be settled before or on arrival.

2. The hotel guest bears financial liability for damaging or destroying the hotel's equipment and technical devices due to their fault or due to the fault of their visitors.

3. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

4. Breakfast is from 6:00 am until 9:00 am. 5. Leave keys at the front desk/Reception every time you leave the hotel.

5. Check out time is at 10:00 am. Failure to check out by 10:00 a.m. will result in an additional fee for extending a hotel day.

6. There will be no refunds for early departures, electrical fault or equipment breakdown eg. fan, heater, etc.

7. Sanard Hotel is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items that are not reported or handed over to Hotel staff on arrival.

8. The hotel guest cannot hand over a room to third persons, even if the period for which the guest paid has not yet expired.

9. Bringing and consuming food and drinks or ordering from external catering services is not allowed in rooms or any other hotel areas for sanitary reasons

10. Please close the door when leaving the room.

11. Please switch off the bulb and other electrical equipment on the exit.
